Technical Overview
Hanertech's solid heat exchange technology consists of a series of parallel arranged pillow plates and corrugated plates. The pillow plates and corrugated plates constitute the heat exchange units, and by stacking multiple heat exchange units, a larger heat transfer area can be achieved. In the pillow plate heat exchanger, the hot medium flows through the gap between the pillow plate and the corrugated plate, exchanging heat with the cold medium on the other side. The gap between the pillow plate and the corrugated plate forms a flow channel, allowing the hot medium and cold medium to flow through separate channels, thus facilitating the heat exchange process.
Technical Advantages
  • Energy saving: Energy consumption is reduced by up to 90% compared to conventional air cooling technology. Compared with the traditional powder heat transfer method, there is no need to use high-energy fans, motors and other equipment, and effectively eliminate heat loss.

  • Zero emission: Solid materials run in a fully closed silo-type container, no dust, zero emission, no environmental pressure.

  • Small footprint, less investment: Compared with the traditional heat exchange method, the powder flow cooler is installed vertically, and the footprint is very small.

  • Modular: Composed of multiple heat transfer modules, it can still be expanded according to capacity requirements after installation, which is the best solution for capacity optimization and improvement.

  • Overall flow down material: cold and dry air into the powder flow heat exchanger, effectively reduce the space dew point temperature, prevent back moisture caking, bridge between plates. At the same time, the entry of a small amount of air makes the powder form a dense phase transport and flow evenly inside.
