Hanertech Static melt crystallizer is a process of heating or cooling through an internal circulating heat transfer medium (HTM) using a vertical special type plate. The steel plates are suspended in a molten feed. A device that slowly cools the stagnant melt below the freezing point of the HTM resulting in a layer of crystal growth on the plate, thus achieving the purpose of separation and purification of the target substance.
